Convenient because there is no rinse

I bought this for mornings when I wash my hair and do not have time to leave a conditioner on. I smooth a little through the ends, comb it through, and move on. My hair feels softer and looks more orderly once dry, although the effect is subtle rather than a salon-style transformation. Good after heat styling

I use this on damp lengths before blow-drying, then add the tiniest bit to my ends after styling if they look dry. It leaves my hair smoother and easier to separate without making it feel wet. Less is definitely better

I used too much the first time and my hair felt coated instead of soft. With a pea-sized amount on my ends, the no-wash treatment works much better. It helps with brushing and makes the dry parts look less fuzzy after they dry. I would not use it near my scalp, but that is normal for my hair. The product itself is useful once I stop overestimating how much I need.
