1. After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair.
2. Apply an appropriate amount to wet hair.
3. Focus on damaged lengths and ends, then distribute evenly.
4. Leave on for 3–5 minutes.
5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until hair feels clean and smooth.

Tip: Use 1–3 times per week, or as needed, depending on how dry or damaged your hair feels. If your scalp is sensitive, focus mainly on the mid-lengths and ends.
