Face Republic Purity Sun Essence SPF 50+ PA++++ 50ml

This is one of the easier sunscreens I have used under a light layer of makeup. The texture is creamy at first and then feels more like a thin essence after I spread it out. I get a natural glow, so I set my T-zone with a little powder. Customer service was excellent when I asked about the best way to reapply over makeup, and the response was practical rather than pushy.

I have been using this on workdays when I want SPF without the heavy feeling of a traditional cream. It spreads over my face and neck, leaves a soft finish, and does not bother my eyes when I keep it away from the lash line. The package arrived safely with the seal intact. The tube is small enough for my bag, which is useful when I know I will be outside later.

I've tried a few sunscreens that made my eyes water, and this one hasn't done that to me so far. It feels more like putting on a light lotion than sunscreen. I like the glow, especially when I'm not wearing makeup.

I thought this would dry down more natural, but it stays pretty dewy on my skin. It's not bad, just something to know if you prefer matte sunscreen. Makeup still went over it fine.
