Face Republic Blooming Essence Rose Mist combines a lightweight essence with a nourishing oil layer in a dual layer spray. The 100 ml bottle fits easily on a vanity or in a bag when you want a quick moisture step.

Rose water, rose oil, niacinamide, bakuchiol, adenosine, panthenol, ceramide NP, and plant oils give the formula a soft, conditioned feel with a light floral scent. It settles without a greasy finish and sits comfortably before or after makeup.
