1. Finish your morning skincare, including moisturizer if needed, and allow the layers to absorb.
2. Apply liberally and evenly to your face, neck, ears and other exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure.
3. Let the sunscreen settle before applying makeup. Combine it with shade, protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
4. Reapply at least every two hours during sun exposure. Choose a water-resistant sunscreen for swimming or sweating.
