For a soft gradient lip

1. Apply a small amount to the center of the upper and lower lips.
2. Blend gently toward the outer edges with the applicator, fingertip, or lip brush.
3. Keep the lip line blurred and less saturated.
4. Add another small layer at the center for greater depth.

For a full lip

1. Use the pointed side of the applicator to define the natural lip line.
2. Fill the lips evenly using one thin coat.
3. Press the lips together gently to distribute the tint.
4. Add a second thin layer for a deeper brown-red finish and more shine.

For a softer stained look

1. Apply one even layer.
2. Allow the color to settle briefly.
3. Blot gently with tissue to remove some surface gloss.
4. Add a small amount back to the center for dimension.

Tip: Dark Coconut deepens noticeably as it is layered. Begin with a thin coat and build gradually rather than applying a large amount at once.
