#OOTD Rice Water Toner Pads are pre soaked with a lightweight water essence for a simple step after cleansing. The 70 pad jar is easy to use as a quick wipe or a 3 to 5 minute targeted layer before serum and moisturizer.

Rice extract, rice ferment filtrate, retinol, jojoba seed oil, allantoin, galactomyces ferment filtrate, and ceramide complex give the formula a soft, conditioned feel. Fragrance is part of the formula and retinol, so introduce it at a measured pace if you are new to retinol.

Use after cleansing in the evening, then follow with serum and moisturizer. Finish with sunscreen in the morning.
